Saved Views & Sharing
Saved views
After applying filters you use often, save them as a saved view — your personal default when you reopen the dashboard, without changing it for anyone else.
Sharing a dashboard
Dashboards inherit the sharing of the app they live in. To give someone access, share the app (or a specific asset within it) as Viewer, Editor, or Manager rather than sharing a raw URL.
Exporting
Most charts support Export to CSV or the underlying query results, useful for one-off analysis outside CRM Analytics. Full-dashboard PDF snapshots are also available from the toolbar.
What you'll learn next
With viewing covered, the SAQL section teaches the query language powering every chart you've been navigating.
Filtering, Faceting & Drilling Down
Use facets, filters, and drill-downs to narrow a dashboard down to the exact slice of data you need.
